In the year 1975 , the crisis in VIETNAM forced its people to imgrate to AMERICA, bringing with them wonderful oriental traditions as well as delicious culinary arts. The traditional VIETNAMESE dish is low in fat, contaiins no MSG or Coloring , promotes natural ingredients, and is overall healthy. Over the years the restaurant industry has corrupted, even adding MSG. However, BAMBOO GRILL is proud to announce that we have back traced to our origins and is proud to serve the AMERICAN community with delicious, healthy food once again. Our menu speciallizes in delicious fire grilled delights such as grilled chicken, beef or jumbo size shrimps served with soup, salad, and rice.
